Rev. DR. Clara Stephens, Ph.D., BCC., M.Div., M.A, author, ordained and endorsed Congregational Holiness Church Inc. Clara completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management specialization at Liberty University. Clara’s dissertation Title is “The Paradoxical Effect of Diversity and Inclusion Management on Employee Commitment.” Clara Completed a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) with a specialization in Chaplaincy at Liberty University in 2015, a Master of Art in Christian Studies (M.A.) at the Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Georgia in 2012, and a Hotel Management and Catherine at the Kwara State Technology, Ilorin Nigeria.

Clara was born again at the age of eight years and had lived an exemplary life of abstinence before marriage. Clara has celebrated thirty years of marriage and has been empowered by the Holy Spirit to live her life in the reverential fear of God.

Clara is the founder and executive director of Women for Christ International Foundation, Inc., a charitable nonprofit organization headquartered in Gainesville, Georgia. She is an accomplished author of two books titled “I Am Not Forgotten, God Knows My Name” & “Woman You’re Not Alone,” a call to celebrate womanhood”.

Clara is a Nigerian American whose past traumatic experiences have uniquely equipped and motivated her to create a space where women feel welcomed and supported. More importantly, she and her team are highly skilled in meeting the varied needs of their target population.

Programs Offered Include Women Impacted by Traumatic Experience Program [W.I.T.E. Program]. Designed to impact over 75 women annually whose history of traumatic experiences such as rejection, emotional or substance abuse, rape, incarceration, or domestic violence has led them to make wrong choices and caused them to become vulnerable or displaced. The W.I.T.E. program provides individual, group, and family counseling and life skills training. Topics will include shame resilience, self-care, cultivating healthy relationships, interviewing skills, goal setting, and parenting with love and logic.

Clara’s mission and focus are to provide Bibles to women and to provide mentor opportunities to empower women to become effective professionally, personally, and morally in the community. Furthermore, to serve and teach women how to base and focus on living a godly life of abundant blessings acceptable to God. And to ensure women’s spiritual growth in the knowledge and love of God, encouraging women to seek love, faith, hope, and acceptance in God. All these are possible through a personal relationship with Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit that enables them to live a life worthy of being an exemplary role model to their children, women, men, and in community. The result is a robust Family Unit, which is the foundation of a strong nation.

Clara has eight years of in-depth Bible study through the B.S.F. International and a life process in the school of the Holy Spirit. She lives with her family in Georgia.
